Meet your Teamworker

I am Lorraine Dority and am the founder of The Teamworkers. As a bookkeeper, I pride myself on being reliable, personable and dedicated to delivering high-quality results. I started The Teamworkers  to pursue my dream of owning my own business and because I love to help business owners take control of their finances. I have 7+ years of small business bookkeeping in a variety of industries. I’m currently finishing up a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Maine, and am a Quick Books Certified Pro Advisor. A life-long learner, I hold additional Bachelor’s degrees in biology and art history. I live in western Maine with my husband and two kids. 

I recognize that while each business has its own unique needs, certain principles remain constant in the formula for success: supportive relationships, exceptional service, and a commitment to precision. Integrity, honesty, and transparency are among the core values I aim to cultivate at The Teamworkers.
